1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, APIs, and multi-recharge software platform operated by A1Topup Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("A1Topup", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our app, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the app or our services.

2 Who We Are

A1Topup is a multi-recharge software company that provides a technology platform, mobile application, and API enabling businesses and individuals to offer mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payment, and related services to end customers. We continuously invest in the app to keep it useful, secure, and efficient, and reserve the right to modify features, introduce new services, or change pricing at any time, for any reason. We will always make clear to you exactly what you are being charged for before you pay.

3 Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to register for an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, including any business, GST, or PAN details required for reseller or API access.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PINs, and API keys confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach.

4 Our Services

A1Topup enables mobile recharge, DTH recharge, data card recharge, and bill payment transactions by connecting to telecom operators, DTH providers, billers, and payment partners. While we aim to keep our services available and processing instantly, actual transaction completion depends on the response of the relevant operator or biller, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or instant service at all times.

5 API & Software Use

Where you are granted access to A1Topup's API or reseller software, that access is personal to your registered business and may not be shared, sub-licensed, or resold without our prior written consent. You are responsible for securing your API credentials and for all transactions initiated through them. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, API, or any part of our platform, and you may not use our trademarks, branding, or intellectual property without authorization.

6 Wallet, Payments & Refunds

• Transactions are processed using your prepaid A1Topup wallet balance, which must be topped up in advance through approved payment methods.
• You are responsible for verifying transaction details — mobile number, operator, amount — before confirming. We are not liable for losses caused by details entered incorrectly by you.
• If a transaction fails after your wallet has been debited, the amount is ordinarily reversed to your wallet automatically. If it is not reversed automatically, please raise a support ticket for manual review.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable to third parties and is non-refundable to your bank account, except upon account closure after settlement of outstanding dues.

7 Your Obligations

• It is your responsibility to keep your phone, account, and access to the app secure.
• We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this removes software restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system and may expose your phone to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, and could mean the app does not work properly or at all.
• You agree to always accept software or app updates when offered, as continued use of outdated versions may affect functionality or security.
• You must comply with all applicable KYC, tax, and regulatory requirements relevant to your use of our services.

8 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful transaction;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse our software, APIs, or platform content;
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits, verification, or promotional restrictions;
• Provide false identity, business, or KYC information.

Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of pending balances or commissions, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Intellectual Property

The app, website, API, and all related trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property remain the property of A1Topup Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or branding without our prior written consent.

10 Connectivity & Device Responsibility

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, whether via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. A1Topup is not responsible if the app does not function at full capacity because you do not have Wi-Fi access or available mobile data. If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's standard data or roaming charges will apply, and you are responsible for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device you use the app on, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer. Similarly, it is your responsibility to keep your device charged and operational; A1Topup cannot accept responsibility for service interruptions caused by your device running out of battery or otherwise being unavailable.

11 Limitation of Liability

While we endeavor to keep the app and its data accurate and up to date at all times, we rely on third parties — including telecom operators, DTH providers, billers, and payment gateways — to provide information and process transactions. A1Topup accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying on this functionality, or for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages or operator-side failures. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

We may update, change, or stop providing the app or any part of our services at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by law or a regulator. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app and, where applicable, delete it from your device. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any outstanding dues.

13 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold A1Topup harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of updates by posting the revised Terms on this page along with a new effective date. Continued use of our app or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms were first made effective as of October 8, 2021, and were last reviewed and updated on August 21, 2026.
